Before you write
I bought a dissertation and cannot download it.
Open your Library in the Reader Hub. If the download still does not start, open a ticket from Help & support and tell us the order number.
How do I deposit dissertations for my university?
Enroll as an institution. Once we approve the application you can send dissertations one at a time or many at once with a bulk deposit.
Can I change something on a published dissertation?
Yes — open it in My catalogue and choose Update details. The update is read by an editor before it goes live.
