Refund Policy

What happens if something goes wrong with a purchase or a publishing fee.

Last updated 5 October 2026

01

Dissertations you buy

Every dissertation is a digital copy, in your Library the moment you pay. Because it can be downloaded at once, a purchase is not refundable once the file has been downloaded — unless the file is faulty or not what its page described. If that happens, open a ticket from Help & support within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

A full refund removes the dissertation from your Library.

02

Publishing fees

The publishing fee pays for an editor to read your dissertation. If we reject it, the fee is not refunded. If you cancel before paying, nothing is charged. For a bulk deposit, the fee for any dissertation we have not yet started reading can be refunded on request.

03

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
