What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 5 October 2026

We collect only what we need to run the Service.

01

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and your picture if you add one.
  • Publishing: the answers on the forms you fill in and the files you upload. The PDF of a dissertation is private: only staff, and readers who buy it, can download it.
  • Buying: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by AFS and never reach us.
  • Payouts: the bank details you give us so we can pay you.

02

Why

To publish and sell dissertations, to pay students and institutions, to answer support requests, and to keep the Service safe.

03

Who sees it

Your public profile, if you have one, shows only what you choose. Your email address is never shown to other members. We share data only with the services that run the platform (hosting, payments, email) and only as much as they need.

04

Your choices

You can change your profile and your email settings at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account from the contact page. Sales records are kept for as long as the law requires.
